From one belief to three crafts.
Stanislav Cibuľa founded Cipolla Caffé in Banská Bystrica in 2011. His belief was simple: good coffee doesn’t have to be bitter. Coffee isn’t just morning fuel — it’s flavor, origin, and someone’s honest work on the other side of the world. That’s why we roast it ourselves, in small batches, so we keep the whole journey of the coffee under our control.
Over the years, we’ve learned that the best coffee starts with people. That’s why, alongside the roastery, we also opened our Barista Academy and started offering coffee machine service. That way, we can be a complete coffee partner — for homes, cafés, and companies alike.

We’ve been servicing coffee machines by hand since 2011 — when a machine breaks down, you call a technician, not a call center.

Three crafts under one roof
Over the years, hundreds of coffees from around the world have passed through our hands. In just the last two months alone, our roastery has supplied enough coffee for more than 240,000 cups, and we now supply more than 70 cafés and restaurants and over 190 companies.

Most companies only do one of these things. We’ve found that together, they make sense — whoever roasts the coffee also knows how to teach you to brew it, and how to take care of the machine it comes out of.
