🌡️Each group has its own temperature
A separate brew boiler for every group, plus a large insulated boiler dedicated to steam and hot water. You set the temperature of each group independently, so light and dark roasts extract at the same time — each at its ideal temperature, with no interference.
♨️Espresso and steam at once, no compromises
A large boiler with a heat exchanger heats the espresso water continuously as it flows through — so extraction and milk steaming run at the same time without a drop in pressure. The proven construction of Italian professional machines, which handles the morning rush without hesitation.
🔘The same shot, no matter who's behind the bar
The electronics measure a precise volume of water for every dose — just press a preset button and the espresso comes out the same from a seasoned barista or a part-timer. You program the doses directly on the group panel; the semi-automatic (AEP) versions leave starting and stopping the extraction fully in the barista's hands.
💧The boiler watches its own level
The Automatic Water Refill system continuously monitors the water level in the boiler and tops it up by itself. Staff don't need to think about it; the machine is protected from running dry, and steam pressure stays stable throughout the shift.
🎛️Boiler and pump pressure under control
Two separate pressure gauges — one for the boiler, one for the pump — give the barista instant feedback on the machine's condition. You spot a deviation before you taste it in the cup, and any service visit can be planned in good time.
🌱Lower consumption off-peak
Automatic power-off and standby, a night mode and automatic temperature regulation cut energy use whenever the machine isn't running at full tilt. In a food-service business with long opening hours, that's a difference you can see on the electricity bill.
Each group has its own 5-inch touchscreen: temperature settings, dose programming, counters and group flushing are right there, with no trips to a central panel. The barista fine-tunes each group separately, for the coffee that's running on it right now.
🏆Proven at the World Barista Championship
Tempesta has been the official machine of the World Barista Championship since 2022 — Melbourne 2022, Athens 2023, Busan 2024, Milan 2025 — and the organizers have confirmed it for the 2026–2027 cycle (Panama, Tokyo) as well. Temperature stability and parameter precision proven on the most demanding stage in the coffee world.
💨Dry steam, a wand that doesn't burn
The Super Dry system delivers steam without condensate — the milk microfoam is denser and the milk isn't needlessly watered down. The anti-scald steam wands stay safe to the touch even after a whole shift of steaming.
📈See what's happening in the cup
The screen plots the extraction in real time — pressure, flow and shot time as a live graph. The barista sees instantly whether the coffee is running to recipe, and fine-tunes the settings based on data, not guesswork.
🎯Stable temperature, repeatable shots
The PID controller holds the brew water temperature within a tight range, instead of the up-and-down swings of a classic thermostat. The result is repeatable extraction shot after shot — the foundation of consistent taste in a professional setting.
📲Settings and statistics at a touch
Versions marked TS have a color touchscreen: dose programming, temperatures, consumption statistics and service functions clearly in one place. The controls are intuitive even for staff without barista training.
☁️Your machine monitored remotely
An optional Wi-Fi module connects the machine to the Beans2Cloud platform. You monitor counters, consumption and machine status remotely — with several locations, an invaluable overview of what's happening where.
⏱️Extraction time always in view
A timer at each group shows how long the current shot has been running. The simplest and most reliable quality check there is — a deviation from the recipe is visible at a glance, and you adjust the grind before a whole run of coffees goes out wrong.
🥤Espresso cup or tall glass
Flip-down racks under the groups adapt to the height of the vessel — a small espresso cup, a tall latte glass or a take-away cup all fit without spilling. A small detail the staff will appreciate with every milk drink.
📐Pro performance on half a meter of counter
Just 468 mm wide, yet with full professional equipment: a shot counter on every group, a steam lever with a Purge function, a USB port and a drip tray with two height settings. Available in 1-, 2- (including compact) and 3-group versions.
🧰It adapts to your bar, not the other way around
An adjustable drip tray, LED lighting of the work surface, automatic cleaning cycles and dose programming straight into the cup. The daily routine gets faster, and the machine stays clean even in full service.
🔧Ergonomics thought through to the last detail
A grate with quick height adjustment (quick-lift) switches between the standard and raised group positions, the illuminated work surface makes both the work and cleanliness checks easier, and the Easy Clean steam wands wipe down in a single motion.
🎬The seventies on your counter
Pop-art design inspired by 1970s American film: bold stripes, “cinematic” LED backlighting and five color finishes. The machine is accompanied by a series of exclusive posters by Milanese illustrator Simone Caputo.
✨Retro elegance with personality
Rounded, harmonious shapes inspired by the style of the 1960s, backlit side panels (optionally with RGB lighting) and chromed group covers. Sabrina gives a café's interior its character before it has even made its first espresso.
