We connect your new coffee machine to water and power, set the pressure and temperature, and hand over a fully tuned machine.

There’s no set price list — every fault is different. Within 24 hours of your report you’ll get a diagnosis with a price estimate and a timeframe. We do nothing without your approval.

Do you service DeLonghi, Jura, Philips, or Saeco?+

No. Of home bean-to-cup machines, we service Nivona exclusively. We repair espresso machines and grinders from most other brands — write to us with your specific model.

Do I have to bring the machine in, or do you come to me?+

Either, by arrangement. We repair machines at our workshop in Banská Bystrica or right at your location — we service the whole of Slovakia.

My coffee machine is down in the middle of service. How fast can you help?+

How much does delivery and installation of a new machine cost?+

A flat €100 excl. VAT anywhere in Slovakia — delivery and professional installation of the new machine.
