The capacity ceiling of a self-service automatic is around 50 cups a day — beyond that, a full-service setup takes over.
Is coffee more expensive with a rented machine?
No — the coffee price is the same with or without a machine, and it appears in the quote as a separate line item. Exact numbers, coffee and rental priced separately, arrive in writing within 24 hours.
Who takes care of servicing the machine?
Our own technician — we have serviced coffee machines since 2011 and keep Nivona spare parts in stock. If something breaks, you call them directly, not a call center.
