What makes coffee from this machine exceptional.
Espresso and steam at once, no compromises
A large boiler with a heat exchanger heats the espresso water continuously as it flows through — so extraction and milk steaming run at the same time without a drop in pressure. The proven construction of Italian professional machines, which handles the morning rush without hesitation.
The same shot, no matter who's behind the bar
The electronics measure a precise volume of water for every dose — just press a preset button and the espresso comes out the same from a seasoned barista or a part-timer. You program the doses directly on the group panel; the semi-automatic (AEP) versions leave starting and stopping the extraction fully in the barista's hands.
Lower consumption off-peak
Automatic power-off and standby, a night mode and automatic temperature regulation cut energy use whenever the machine isn't running at full tilt. In a food-service business with long opening hours, that's a difference you can see on the electricity bill.
Settings and statistics at a touch
Versions marked TS have a color touchscreen: dose programming, temperatures, consumption statistics and service functions clearly in one place. The controls are intuitive even for staff without barista training.
Your machine monitored remotely
An optional Wi-Fi module connects the machine to the Beans2Cloud platform. You monitor counters, consumption and machine status remotely — with several locations, an invaluable overview of what's happening where.
