What makes coffee from this machine exceptional.
Big icons, simple operation
The color display with Big Picture Mode shows the drinks as large, clear icons. Pick your favorite coffee with the rotary dial in seconds. The controls are intuitive for the whole family — no manual required.
Each group has its own temperature
A separate brew boiler for every group, plus a large insulated boiler dedicated to steam and hot water. You set the temperature of each group independently, so light and dark roasts extract at the same time — each at its ideal temperature, with no interference.
Lower consumption off-peak
Automatic power-off and standby, a night mode and automatic temperature regulation cut energy use whenever the machine isn't running at full tilt. In a food-service business with long opening hours, that's a difference you can see on the electricity bill.
Controls right at hand
Each group has its own 5-inch touchscreen: temperature settings, dose programming, counters and group flushing are right there, with no trips to a central panel. The barista fine-tunes each group separately, for the coffee that's running on it right now.
Proven at the World Barista Championship
Tempesta has been the official machine of the World Barista Championship since 2022 — Melbourne 2022, Athens 2023, Busan 2024, Milan 2025 — and the organizers have confirmed it for the 2026–2027 cycle (Panama, Tokyo) as well. Temperature stability and parameter precision proven on the most demanding stage in the coffee world.
Dry steam, a wand that doesn't burn
The Super Dry system delivers steam without condensate — the milk microfoam is denser and the milk isn't needlessly watered down. The anti-scald steam wands stay safe to the touch even after a whole shift of steaming.
See what's happening in the cup
The screen plots the extraction in real time — pressure, flow and shot time as a live graph. The barista sees instantly whether the coffee is running to recipe, and fine-tunes the settings based on data, not guesswork.
