Bar-level speed and consistency
Large 65 mm flat burrs of hardened steel, combined with a 320 W motor running at 1,650 rpm, grind an espresso dose in a few seconds. The burrs last roughly 500 kg of coffee, so at home they will serve you for many years.
Smooth taste tuning, no steps
Eureka's patented Stepless Micrometric system lets you adjust the grind size completely smoothly — no fixed steps, exactly to your beans and taste. Changing the grind moves the lower burr, so you don't lose your setting when cleaning the upper part of the grinder.
Quiet grinding, even early in the morning
The Mignon Turbo belongs to Eureka's soundproofed Silent Range. The special body construction dampens vibrations and motor noise, so the grinder runs noticeably quieter than comparable models. Grind for your espresso early in the morning without waking the whole household.
A clean portafilter, a precise dose
The ACE (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity) system reduces clumping and the static charge of ground coffee. The coffee falls through the metal chute straight into the portafilter without spraying over the counter. The result: more precise doses, less mess and a more even extraction.
Two doses, manual mode, both hands free
On the touch display you program two doses or use the continuous mode; a dose counter is included too. The adjustable rubberized fork holds the portafilter by itself — grinding starts via a micro-switch as you slide it in, leaving both your hands free.
