Ananás – Mäta is a seasonal syrup from Vlčie sirupy, handmade in the village of Ulič in the Poloniny National Park. Pineapple juice (40%) is complemented by a peppermint macerate (20%). The syrup is gently pasteurized, and the producer recommends it for summer lemonades as well as a boozy lemonade with rum.

Tip: It is at its best in a summer lemonade: 40 ml of syrup, 300 ml of water, and 5 ml of lemon juice, garnished with mint or lemon.

Ingredients
pineapple juice (40%), sugar, peppermint macerate (20%), acidity regulator: citric acid.
Storage
Gently pasteurized. Store below 25 °C in a dark, cool place, protected from direct sunlight and frost. After opening, keep refrigerated below 8 °C and use within 20 days. Shake before use; sediment is not a defect.
