Chai builds on a Ceylon black tea macerate (25%) and a rooibos macerate (15%), with cinnamon (5%), cloves, ginger, star anise, cardamom, and a garam masala blend. It is sweetened with cane and coconut sugar. The syrup is pasteurized and handcrafted in the village of Ulič in the Poloniny National Park.

Tip: As a chai latte: 25 ml of syrup in 150 ml of hot milk with ground cinnamon on top; for a cappuccino or caffe latte, 25 ml is enough.
