Levanduľa – Ruža is a floral syrup made from a macerate of true lavender (30%) and a macerate of rose petals (30%). The macerates are made by cold infusion at 15 to 25 °C. The syrup is pasteurized, free of preservatives according to the producer, and handcrafted in the village of Ulič in the Poloniny National Park.

Tip: For cold brew, the producer recommends 20 ml of syrup per 150 ml of cold brew with ice and an orange slice; for hot coffee, 25 ml per cup is enough.
