Limetový Cordial is a cocktail syrup by Vlčie sirupy in which lime juice and lemon juice each make up 32%, together 64% of the composition. It is handmade in the village of Ulič in the Poloniny National Park and, according to the producer, it contains no preservatives, artificial colors or flavorings. The producer uses it to make a Classic Gimlet as well as a Lime Fizz with gin.

Tip: The producer serves it as a Lime Fizz — 40 ml of cordial, 35 ml of gin and 110 ml of soda water, garnished with a sprig of mint or a lime wedge.

Garnish: lime slice; mix everything in a glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds

Storage: Protect from direct sunlight and frost. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 20 days. Shake before use; sediment is not a defect.
