Mäta – Limeta is built on a macerate of peppermint and Moroccan mint (55%), complemented with lime (5%). It is handmade in the village of Ulič in the Poloniny National Park, and the producer lists it as a syrup with no preservatives, artificial colors, or flavorings. It is the syrup the brand builds its Mätovica mojito on.

Tip: As a summer lemonade: 40 ml of syrup, 300 ml of soda, and 5 ml of lemon juice, garnished with mint and lime slices.

Storage
gently pasteurized, store unopened at up to 25 °C. After opening, keep refrigerated at up to 8 °C and use within 20 days. Shake before use, protect from direct sunlight and frost. Sediment is not a defect.
