Mojito Cordial is a cocktail syrup by Vlčie sirupy, half of which is peppermint macerate; it is complemented by lemon juice (10%) and lime essential oil. It is handmade in the village of Ulič in the Poloniny National Park and, according to the producer, it is vegan, with no artificial colors or flavorings. You can make a mojito from it with soda water and ice, while white rum belongs in the alcoholic version.

Tip: The producer serves it by pouring 40 ml of cordial, 120 ml of sparkling soda water and ice into a glass, garnishing with fresh mint and a lime slice; for the alcoholic version, 40 ml of white rum is added.

Storage
Protect from direct sunlight and frost. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 20 days. Shake before use; sediment is not a defect.
