Nochino Ruby Bitter & Sweet is a non-alcoholic bittersweet drink with pomegranate (12%), cranberry (9%), and chokeberry (4%). According to the producer, it contains 21 kinds of herbs and spices and is not filtered. A sommelier describes notes of forest fruit, cinnamon, and anise in it, and a pleasant bitterness reminiscent of the bitterness of grapefruit peels.

Tip: Best with tonic water or soda water and a piece of lime; for a non-alcoholic Garibaldi, top it up with fresh orange or grapefruit juice.

Ingredients: water, pomegranate (12%), cranberry (9%), chokeberry (4%), sugar, quinine, grapefruit, edible rose – petals, orange, angelica – root, Sichuan pepper, wormwood – herb, lemon, thyme, star anise, yellow gentian – root, kola nut, sage – leaves, coriander seeds, licorice, coffee, calendula – flower, cinnamon, cloves, anise, nutmeg, sea salt, ground chili, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, tannin – extracted from chestnut wood and tara, apple cider vinegar, carob juice, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
