For post-warranty service, yes — we are in NIVONA's official directory of authorized post-warranty service centers for Slovakia, so we repair with genuine parts and follow the manufacturer's procedures. Under the manufacturer's terms, warranty repairs are handled through the retailer you bought the machine from (they start the claim with the distributor) — if you bought your Nivona from us, we'll handle the warranty claim for you.
